All information submitted to Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products LLC will be used solely for the following purposes: process orders and transactions, email correspondence, and improve customer service and website function.

Refund/Return Policy:

All sales/transactions for Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products LLC are final. If there is any initial manufacture’s defect with the product or if the customer wishes to exchange for a different size tee, then the customer may contact Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products LLC to speak with a customer representative.

Shipping Policy:

Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products uses Fed Ex for all shipping purposes, and all orders will be shipped within one or two business days using Fed Ex ground service.

Orders from Alaska and Hawaii, as well as all international orders, and orders in excess of 10 tees must be placed via telephone.

Express delivery options are available upon request and must be placed via telephone.

Repair Policy:

Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products LLC does not sell any parts for the Tanner Tee, however we do offer repairs. The cost of the repair depends upon the extent of the damage of the tee(s). When we receive and appraise your tee(s) we will contact you with a cost of repair. If you wish to have your tee(s) repaired please enclose a note with your contact info and ship the repairs to:
