Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products LLC will not sell, distribute, or provide to any other business or entity, any information that is provided by our customers. All information submitted to Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products LLC will be used solely for the following purposes: process orders and transactions, email correspondence, and improve customer service and website function.
Refund & Return Policy
We offer returns for a refund for unused, undamaged items for a period of 14 days from delivery. If the customer wishes to return or exchange an item, the customer may contact Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products LLC to speak with a customer representative. Associated shipping costs with returns & exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Tanner Tees Customer Guarantee
Each Tanner Tee comes with a one year manufacturer defect warranty. The manufacturer warranty covers defective parts and material. It does not cover acceptable wear and tear with usage or dented metal sections caused by negligence or bat strikes. Beyond warranty period, we encourage any customer to contact our offices at any time if they are unsatisfied with our product. It happens so little of the time, we have huge flexibility in resolving any issues, and we are proud of the service our company provides to each Tanner customer. Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products LLC offers in house repairs for any current Tanner Tee. If you wish to have your tee(s) repaired, please click the Repair link and follow the provided instructions. Repair costs are based on a case by case appraisal, the vast majority being a standard fee of $30 each.
Joe H. Tanner Baseball Products uses FedEx Ground for all shipping purposes, and all orders will be shipped within one business day. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii, as well as all international orders, and orders in excess of 10 tees must be placed via telephone or emailed direct to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders are shipped FedEx Ground or Home Delivery:
Orders are processed and shipped the Next Business Day.
Expedited Methods (FedEx Two-Day, Overnight, etc.):If placed before 2PM Eastern time, we will ship the order on the same day. If placed after 2PM Eastern, the order will ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday.
Typical FedEx Ground Transit Times:
One Business Day to Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
Three Business Days to East Coast.
Four Business Days Midwest, Michigan, and Minnesota.
Five Business Days to West Coast.
