The angled design of the Insider Bat shaft does not allow contact with the ball without the proper swing technique, giving the hitter instant feedback. The Inside bat is a great hitting tool for coaches.

Use with soft rubber baseballs, foam or wiffle balls. The Insider Bat is designed for right handed and left handed hitters and for one hand or two hand drills.

INSIDER BAT

The Insider Bat training bat is a baseball and softball hitting aid that promotes proper grip, hand placement and proper swing path before, during and after contact is made. The unique design of this softball and baseball training bat allows for only one way to contact the baseball. It is best used with a static ball placed on a Tanner Tee but can also be used with specific front toss or soft toss baseball or softball hitting drills.

The Insider Bat swing trainer is designed to let the hitter know when a flaw in the swing occurs. It will be impossible to get the flat portion of the Insider Bat squared up on the baseball or softball unless the hands are palm up/palm down. If the sweet spot of the Insider training bat is struck flat against the ball during the swing, proper palm up / palm down position has been achieved.

The Insider Bat is designed for the beginner, but it can certainly work for a high school or even pro hitter looking to learn more about his personal baseball swing. The purpose of the Insider Bat is to repeat a specific swing path off the tee so repetition can create muscle memory.

Model #6 is recommended for all ages 11 years old and younger. Model #7 is recommended for all ages 12 and older. Model #7 is most common for high school players.
